Please bear in mind that your individual circumstances may mean it makes sense to be flexible about the number of sessions as this is dependent on your progress. If the session numbers do vary there will be an impact on your life coaching fees, however this will be made clear as we progress through each session.

If so, the cost can be deducted from the subsequent selected package cost. A good option if you want to try coaching but are unsure of making the financial commitment.

Like the telephone session but with the opportunity to meet me and discuss things face to face. Package deduction also applies.
N.B. Bookings further than 5 miles from Basingstoke, Hampshire may incur a travel charge.

Normally five telephone sessions of coaching focussed on working out what you want out of life as well as the production of your personal development plan to take forward.

An agreed number of sessions based on your Personal Development Plan to support you through the completion of your action plan.
